The purposes of processing personal data in our company are recruitment and employment of employees, provision of ticket inspection services in means of transport and cooperation with external companies with which the administrator has a signed contract for the provision of services. We process personal data on the basis of the following legal bases: art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR, art. 33a of the transport law, consent of the data subject, the labor code, contracts concluded between companies and other provisions of national and EU law under which personal data is processed. Providing information about yourself is necessary in the case of concluding a contract with us, needs related to the Labor Code and needs related to transport law. Failure to provide this data will prevent the conclusion of the contract or will result in a violation of the law.
The recipients of personal data are the relevant public and local administration entities, companies providing services, in particular: in the field of personal data protection, IT service, computer software, debt collection, training, insurance. Personal data is kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. HR and OHS data are stored in accordance with the applicable regulations. Persons providing our company with their personal data have the right to: access, transfer, rectify, delete their personal data or limit their processing, as well as to object and transfer data (if possible).
