If you reveal any behavior inconsistent with your expectations, please fill in the form on our CONTACT page or by sending a message to the address provided below. Please describe an incident or observation that does not resonate with you. We guarantee that each report will be considered by us personally in order to improve the functioning of the inspections and constantly improve the quality of inspections.
Please remember that the sooner you write to us from the moment of the incident, the greater the chance for an objective and proper examination of the case. After a longer period, in many cases, it is no longer possible to determine the course of the event or to secure relevant evidence (e.g. statements of the controller, driver, monitoring recordings, etc.).
Cash surcharges are not subject to appeal.
